Pre-heat the grill on medium high for approximately 15 minutes or until hot.
In a small bowl, stir together mango balsamic, honey and oil.
Remove and discard any skin from the salmon; rinse the salmon and pat dry. Place the salmon skinned sides down on the grill. Drizzle salmon with half the vinegar mixture.
Grill Salmon for about 8-10 minutes, brushing several times with the remaining vinegar mixture, until opaque but still moist in the thickest part.
Place the salmon on the plate and drizzle some of the mango balsamic and garnish with the minced mint.
3 Tablespoons mango balsamic
1 ½ tablespoons honey
¾ teaspoon vegetable oil
2 6-8oz salmon fillets (3/4” thick)
½ cup fresh mint leaves, minced
